Zurich, Switzerland – December 10, 2024 – dacadoo, the leading global technology company offering the Digital Health Engagement Platform (DHEP), a customer engagement solution with health and wellness features, today announced several important product updates that were introduced throughout the year.
One of the most notable updates is the integration of Gen AI into dacadoo’s newly redesigned Digital Cockpit (Admin Portal). The Gen AI-powered translation feature now supports coach messages, articles, programs, events, and spotlights. This update streamlines the translation process for administrators, saving time when managing non-English content.
Another significant enhancement is the launch of dacadoo’s My Health Score Potential. This feature helps users improve their health by recommending personalized goals based on their health data. Users receive tailored content and recommendations to support their progress. Furthermore, the feature motivates users by showing their predicted Health Score based on the goals they are likely to achieve. Monthly reports provide users with detailed data on their Health Score progress and activity summaries. They also include personalized next steps, making it easier to track their health and wellness journey. The My Health Score Potential backend system will be available in the coming weeks, with the front-end interface expected to launch in mid-2025.
dacadoo has also enhanced its point-based earning system, a powerful driver of engagement. Administrators now have greater flexibility to create customized Reward programs. Managed through Campaigns, these programs allow for precise control over how points are earned, setting specific activity criteria, and defining point limits to suit individual needs.
In addition, the company has made the following improvements:
- Surveys can now be easily created by administrators, offering an additional way to gather user feedback alongside the existing coach messages. This new option provides greater flexibility in understanding user needs and preferences.
- The Engagement Tools section in the Digital Cockpit has been enhanced to help administrators quickly access essential features.
- The idP (Identity Provider) service allows administrators to log into the Digital Cockpit using existing Active Directory credentials, simplifying account management and login process while enhancing security.
