Your Role
As a Client Success Marketing Specialist focused in digital engagement, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients by optimizing user engagement strategies and supporting marketing activities. Your main responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage and consult your portfolio of clients, leveraging user analytics, engagement tools, and best practices to maximize their success and drive monetization strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate service performance based on key engagement metrics (usage, retention, and activity), and recommend tailored strategies to help clients improve their customer acquisition, retention, sales, and cost efficiency.
- Design and deploy user engagement strategies to activate, retain, and re-engage users.
- Create and document marketing processes, best practices, and benchmarks, as well as develop new engagement concepts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead acquisition strategies.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns on our platform, test new ideas, and oversee digital operations for prospects and pilot programs.
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities by providing marketing insights and engagement strategies.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Client Success, or a combination of both, with a strong focus on engagement strategies in the SAAS industry.
- Proven experience in managing marketing adoption, acquisition, and engagement campaigns, especially for loyalty programs or mobile apps.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Retail is a plus
- English mothertongue. Japanese or other language an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A hands-on and proactive team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Matomo, Hubspot, Canva, AI tools and performance dashboards.
